PAYMENT POLICIES: Payment must accompany ALL mail-in orders unless covered by a signed institutional purchase order. *SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICIES: PCI will use the most efficient carrier for your area. Express shipment is available at an additional charge (see below).
  • Continental U.S.: 15% with $8.00 minium.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO & U.S. Territories: 15% with $15.00 minimum; all orders will be shipped via UPS or Priority Mail
  • Canadian Order: 20% with $20.00 minimum. Customer is responsible for shipping fees; however, if UPS ships to your physical address, PCI will pay any customs, crokerage, and GST expenses incured on the order
  • International Order: 5% handling plus actual shipping cost and incurance. (rates are based on best method of transport for your area.)
  • Express shipments: Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Third Day Select Services are available at an aditional charge. Call PCI customer service at 1-800-594-4263.
