Califone designed these durable player/recorders for individual and group classroom and listening that can accomodate multiple students at one time. The players are educator tested and proven for struggling learners, language development, students with developmental disabilities, literacy groups, and ELL/ESL applications.
Music Maker Series
The Music Maker Plus supports phonemic awareness, phonics, comprehension, vocabulary, ELL, and other language learning programs. It delivers classroom flexibility with dual cassette recorder/players, 20 track programmable CD player and AM-FM stereo. Full-fidelity audio ensures that students maximize their instructional time. The all-purpose multimedia players/recorders provide durable and flexible utility for individual and small group instruction as well as classes of up to 75 people. Teachers and presenters can use multiple jacks, headphones, and speakers to accommodate groups or for private listening.
Personal CD Players
These rugged units are made using shatterproof ABS plastic for safety and durability, with features that support language learning programs so students of all abilities can study at their own pace. Students who read along silently while listening to a recording of a book can make significant gains in fluency and comprehension from this single activity. Use of these devices supports comprehension, phonics, vocabulary, special education, and ELL and other language learning applications. The MP3 Player/Recorder with built-in mic allows for digital delivery of content and is preloaded with teacher-tested songs, rhymes, and more.
