Overview - PHOTO LIBRARY FRESH PRODUCE
This series, by PCI's Janie Haugen-McLane, includes four sets of photos in
everyday categories. Students love these "real-life" pictures. Provides classroom
and ESL teachers and speech-language pathologists with valuable tools for building
vocabulary and expressive communication skills.
MULTIPLE USES
Teachers will find many different uses for these high-quality photo cards. The
most common use will involve students identifying and pronouncing the name of
each object as the cards are displayed one by one. Students can also look for
similarities and differences, group the cards in categories, and discuss their
own personal experiences with the various foods and household items.
