"Bring the Classics to Life" combines high-interest, reproducible workbooks and CD-ROMs to encourage struggling readers to access the classics. Each novel is adapted into 10 short chapters, with questions at the end of each chapter. Students are asked to recall plot details, sequence events, draw inferences, and choose the main idea, among others. Read-along audio CDs provide another avenue for students to engage with the novels. The series is designed to strengthen fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension while opening the door to great literature.
