Meet the Winners!

   Casey rohrer visits Morgans Wonderland

UPDATED APRIL 11, 2011

CASEY ROHRER and family visit Morgan's Wonderland!

We are so please to annouce that one of our top three winners, 8-year-old Casey Rohrer visited Morgan's Wonderland on April 9-10, 2011.

Along with his parents, little brother and grandparents, Casey helped Morgan Hartman celebrate the first anniversary of the parks opening.

The Rohrer family was the first to visit after winning the trip in the Fall of 2010.  Two more visitors will be joining us in San Antonio soon to experience the magic of Morgan's Wonderland.

There are so many people to thank for making this opportunity a reality for Casey. The team at Morgan's Wonderland,  WeAreTeachers, CBlohm and Associates, Ty Beck at Jordan Ford for making sure the family had excellent transportation for their visit and Cris Osorio at Holiday Inn Downtown - Market Square for providing accomodations.

Based on the overwhelming response to this project, PCI Education will be hosting another contest this fall to bring a student and their family to Morgan's Wonderland!

STAY TUNED!

UPDATED November 10, 2010 - WINNERS Announced!

Students with Special Needs Awarded Family Trip to Morgan’s Wonderland

1,2,3—Yes, three students are going to Morgan’s Wonderland! Overwhelmed by the support of the student’s teachers, family and communities, the sponsors sought additional resources to send the Grand Prize winner plus two student runners-up to Morgan’s Wonderland, and provide additional classroom materials to the teachers who nominated them.

Nearly 250 teachers nominated a student and his or her family for a chance to win a free trip to Morgan’s Wonderland. The nominations were posted in the WeAreTeachers community, and received more than 56,000 votes over a three-week period. A panel of judges reviewed the top 10 nominees who received the greatest number of votes, and selected the grand prize winner, plus two runners-up.
