Contest Rules
Details, Terms and Conditions:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Contest ("Winner") will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for up to four (4) persons (Winner, one Parent/ Legal Guardian, and two other Guests) ("Family") to San Antonio, TX ("City") to visit Morgan's Wonderland ("Park"). The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations for the Family (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights in the City; [2] admission for four (4) persons to the Park [5] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for the Family between an airport near the Winner's residence ("airport of origin") and an airport near the City. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner's responsibility, including but not limited to: round-trip transportation between the Winner's residence and any airport of origin, transportation to the hotel if the winner resides less than 250 miles from the City, room service, parking fees, laundry service, meals, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor's approval.
Family must travel on same itinerary. No transfer or substitution of Trip elements will be permitted. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize package: $5,000, which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. The prize will be awarded provided it is validly claimed within 6 months of the award date, 2010 after which an alternate Winner may be selected, time permitting.
Approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $5,000. All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner's sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply.
Grand Prize Winner must travel to San Antonio and utilize the prize within six months of first annoucement.
Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Prize is subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation or preemption of the trip, or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill any element of the prize.
RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes administrator, which shall be final in all respects.
By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release PCI Education, Morgan's Wonderland and WeAreTeachers.com, any subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, in any and all media now known or hereafter created or conceived, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
To claim prize, winner and/or winner's parent or guardian must: (a) provide proof of winner's age, residency, and legal status; (b) sign and return eligibility, publicity, liability and any other releases requested by Sponsor; and (c) have winner's intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, sign and return releases requested by Sponsor; all within the time period(s) specified by Sponsor.
MISCELLANEOUS
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.
