Lee Wilson
President and CEO
Lee Wilson was named President and CEO in February 2009. Wilson oversees operations, product development, sales, marketing, and strategic goals for the company. Wilson brings to PCI more than 20 years of experience in the K-12 sector. Prior to joining PCI, Wilson served as Vice President, Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer at Harcourt Achieve in Austin. Previously, Wilson served as Regional Vice President of Pearson Learning Group, and General Manager of K12Planet.com at Chancery Software. In his seven years at Apple Computer, Wilson held a variety of positions, including Business Development Manager and K-12 Enterprise Solutions Marketing Specialist.
Wilson earned a master’s of business administration degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Princeton University.

Randy Pennington
Executive Vice President
Randy Pennington joined PCI as the Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing in July, 2009. Pennington oversees sales and marketing for the company. Pennington began his career in education as a physics teacher, before becoming a high school principal. After nearly 15 years as a teacher and principal, he served as Director of Educational Technology for the Georgia Department of Education.
Most recently, he served as Vice President & National Sales Manager at Scholastic’s Classroom and Library Division. Prior to joining Scholastic, Pennington held similar positions with Harcourt Achieve, Pearson Learning Group, Compass Learning, and Computer Curriculum Corporation. He also has a strong marketing background, with experience as Director of K-12 Marketing at Apple Computer, and as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Chancery Software and EdPoint.
Pennington earned a master’s degree in educational administration from Georgia State University, and a bachelor’s degree in science education and physics from Valdosta State University.

Erin Kinard
Vice President, Product Development/Publisher
Erin Kinard joined PCI as the Vice President, Product Development/Publisher in December, 2009. Kinard oversees product development for the company. Prior to joining PCI, Kinard served as Editorial Director, Reading and ESL for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Supplemental Publishers in Austin. During her eight years at Harcourt, Kinard held a variety of positions including Editorial Director of Steck-Vaughn, and Editorial Director of Reading for Harcourt Achieve. In addition to her educational publishing experience at other companies including Brown Publishing Network and Scholastic, Inc.,
Erin was a pre-K and first grade classroom teacher in Austin and New York City. She has earned a Masters of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art from Williams College.

Tony Tibbit
Vice President, Operations
Tony's duties include successfully delivering excellence in operations through a symphony of financial stewardship, system integrity, product innovation, outstanding customer service and efficient resource management. He is currently leading the charge for unified focus with a goal to compliment the company strategy, vision, and mission to facilitate more effective cross functional communication and teamwork. Tibbit brings 19 years of operation, process engineering, customer service, and business ownership experience with Harland Clarke, Progressive Printing, The SCOOTER Store, and ITW Minigrip. He earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas and MBA from the University of Incarnate Word. Tibbit is a member of Delta Mu Delta, Theta Gamma Chapter – International Honor Society in Business Administration.

Jeff McLane
Founder
Jeff McLane, with his extensive entrepreneurial background, recognized the potential of Janie Haugen’s life skills programs and saw the opportunity for a profitable business venture. He used his strength in organizational skills to build a high-quality group of creative, operations, and marketing personnel around Haugen’s line of products.
McLane is an entrepreneur and investor with an educational background in economics and finance. Over the past 25 years, he founded or co-founded five separate companies in the commercial real estate, biotechnology, and publishing industries.

Janie Haugen-McLane
Founder
Janie Haugen-McLane, creator of PCI’s flagship product, the best-selling Life Skills Programs, Series I and II, draws on her years of teaching to develop real-world, innovative educational products. She has conceived of and developed more than 95% of PCI’s proprietary products and has attracted a number of nationally recognized authors to PCI.
Haugen-McLane is currently developing several educational programs including a program for students with significant cognitive disabilities, a first step in a comprehensive language arts curriculum. In addition to authoring products, she presides over PCI’s product development efforts.
Haugen-McLane has been honored with numerous awards, including a 1996 Mind Science Foundation “Imagineer” Award for creativity in the field of education. She received her B.S. in education from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia.

David Keith
Vice President of IT
David Keith is responsible for computer, network, and telecommunications operations and services. His primary duties include managing the daily activities of the Information Technology unit, providing developmental and technological direction to several operational units, and collaborating with senior staff to explore broad technological applications and approaches.
In his current role, Keith has been recognized for improving efficiency through the use of technology. For the past 24 years, Keith worked in higher education as Manager of Technology for the University of Arkansas Business Affairs. He directed a university computer center and was responsible for handling Y2K compliance issues and purchasing technology for administrative and academic personnel. Keith earned a B.B.A. in business management from Southern State College in Magnolia, Arkansas.

Jill Haney
Director of Reading and Government Relations
Jill Haney responsibilities include managing the development of proprietary reading curriculums, training customers on PCI’s reading curriculums and other proprietary products, conceptualizing new products, writing sales and marketing literature related to the reading curriculums, staying current on reading and other educational research, overseeing the research conducted on PCI’s products, and staying current on federal and state legislation related to education.
Prior to her career with PCI Education, she was a national reading consultant and a seventh grade reading teacher. In 1999, she was named Teacher of the Year for San Antonio ISD and won the Trinity Prize for Teaching. Haney earned a BA with honors and a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Trinity University in San Antonio. She has additional graduate reading hours from University of Texas San Antonio.

Leslie Boulet
Director of Product Marketing and Catalog Channel Manager
Leslie Boulet oversees the product marketing team and manages catalog channel initiatives. Boulet works directly with other departments to identify and bring to market materials for students with special needs and learning differences and manages the life cycle of published and distributed materials.
As Catalog Channel Manager, she is charged with delivering a polished, convenient, and compelling experience for catalog customers while driving sales growth utilizing effective direct marketing strategies. Boulet was recently presented with a Ten-Year Service Award commemorating her commitment and versatility to successfully attain large district adoptions and for her ability to lead various teams. Boulet's aspirations include continuing to learn and grow within the educational publishing industry to further promote PCI Education to the best of her ability.

Eunice Arrambide
Director of Human Resources
Eunice Arrambide has served as PCI Education’s Director of Human Resources for nearly 10 years. Arrambide coaches and counsels employees, develops policies and procedures, and assists with development, implementation and administration of company morale. She created and implemented the first policy and procedure handbook and has fostered various community involvement projects. Prior to joining PCI, Arrambide served as the Director of Operations at Rudy Hernandez Evangelism International, and worked in the IMS Department with HEB.
Arrambide is involved with the San Antonio chapters of the Human Resources Management Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and the San Antonio Compensation Association.

Denise Jacks
Web Channel Manager
Denise is responsible for driving sales growth for all channels utilizing internet marketing strategy, management of online branding, developing and piloting new revenue and technology opportunities for PCI.
Since joining PCI in 2007, Denise has earned the PCI Excellence Award for her leadership and dedication in the redesign and rebuilding of the company's flagship website, pcieducation.com. Prior to PCI Education, Denise served 8 years in the E-Commerce Marketing department for the direct marketing division of Harland Clarke printed products.
Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University.
